Offering a savings plan that keeps cost and care within your budget. And it’s not only for you, our plans help cover children as well. Individual Adult Plan

13 years and older
$ 400 Annually
  • 1 Comprehensive exam
  • 1 Periodic exam
  • 2 Cleanings prophylaxis or 1 periodontal maintenance
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • All X-rays (As Needed)
  • 15% Off All Other Dental Treatments

12 years and younger
$ 275 Annually
  • All services in the adult plan, but child specific
  • A special prize at the end of appointments
  • Includes 15% Off All Other Dental Treatments
